As a part of our journey, I am pleased to announce that I have signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge. It is important that our leadership team leads by example, so I am honored to join more than 1,400 CEOs across 85 industries in committing to this pledge. I promise to pursue and execute on a multi-faceted strategy that includes: cultivating a trusting, open culture, implementing a strategic process to block bias, developing a system to track our progress and create accountability.
