PRO Unlimited’s Rebecca Perrault Recognized as a 2022 DE&I Influencer by Staffing Industry Analysts
POSTED BY PRO UNLIMITED | MAY 20TH, 2022
We’re excited to announce that Rebecca Perrault, our Vice President and Global Leader of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), has been named an honoree in Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2022 DE&I Influencers list. The list recognizes professionals, executives and leaders in the industry who stand out in their actions and commitment to advancing DE&I in their organizations and communities.
Rebecca has been advancing DE&I in the workplace for over a decade, working with leaders in helping them develop and implement successful strategies and solutions. After some time, Rebecca realized that a significant piece was missing from many organizations’ DE&I initiatives, which was the contingent workforce. The benefits of investing in DE&I are wide-reaching, ranging from higher sales to higher return on investment and more – yet millions of workers globally were excluded from consideration. Rebecca was determined to bring contingent workers into the equation and include them on the DE&I journey to make an impact.
After joining PRO Unlimited in 2020, Rebecca helped launch PRO Unites, PRO’s DE&I solution for the contingent workforce. PRO Unites focuses on four key areas of DE&I, including cultural inclusion, worker diversity, diversity intelligence and supplier diversity. The solution utilizes our robust data to inform effective strategies and customized solutions to address each client’s unique needs to help them meet their organization-wide DE&I goals.
In addition, PRO Unites helps foster a sense of belonging and inclusion for workers by giving them opportunities to participate in facilitated community circles, provides them with gender and racial literacy education through awareness campaigns, and more. (Learn more about how PRO Unites helps organizations achieve their DE&I goals when you download our data sheet.)
Here is what SIA Editor and Publisher, Subadhra Sriram, had to say regarding the influencer list:
“The 2022 DE&I Influencers continue to do groundbreaking work to reduce the social isolation or lack of belonging that so many minorities — historically excluded and other communities — experience in a variety of ways. Additionally, they are educating the industry on how employers need to rethink their relationships with their workers. We are pleased to feature this august group and give our kudos to them for remaining focused on finding solutions to the DE&I challenges that grip our ecosystem.”
The 2022 class comprises 47 honorees in the United States and Canada who hail from all corners of the workforce solutions ecosystem — staffing suppliers, enterprise buyers and end users of contingent labor, vendors and more. Armed with a variety of tools and lessons learned over the years, these honorees are helping to close the opportunity gap for varied diverse communities including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women and working mothers, military veterans and spouses, neurodiverse, disabled and the formerly incarcerated.
