PrO Unlimited's unique onsite program brings a new level of service to the third party management of your company's contingent staffing suppliers. As a non-staffing company, we utilize and impartially manage multiple quality staffing suppliers. These firms all operate as "primary" suppliers, competing to fill your orders on an equal basis. This highly competitive model promotes steeper volume discounts, faster order fulfillment and higher quality candidates for each position. PrO's Contingent Staffing Management services also include: consolidated billing, staffing supplier reviews, headcount and hours tracking, and security and background screening.
As part of our Contingent Staffing Management service, clients receive a single, consolidated invoice for all labor provided by their third party suppliers. This program:
- Promotes standardized billing structures.
- Automatically audits supplier billing to ensure compliance with agreed upon pricing, including volume discounts.
- Tracks supplier's billing process (as part of PrO's Total Quality Management program), rewarding suppliers for more accurate billing.
- Provides centralized management reports with detailed information on all workers sourced through staffing suppliers. These reports include useful cost analysis and trend data information, customized to the needs of each client.
PrO will track, compare and rank our clients' suppliers against a series of criterion. This may be used to evaluate ISO 9000 certification, customer satisfaction or other areas of concern.
Whether it is for co-employment purposes or to keep qualified retirement plans in compliance, headcount and hours tracking of contingent workers is critical. To ensure a worker's length of stay is properly monitored, PrO maintains information on all non-employee workers providing services to our clients through our WAND software.
One of the most basic elements of security is properly controlling who has access to your company's equipment and facilities. PrO's WAND software helps ensure that only 'cleared' workers have access, and only for the duration of their assignment and/or contract. Additionally, PrO provides customized background screening services of all non-employee workers.
All aspects of PrO's Contingent Workforce Management Solution are managed and tracked by our state-of-the-art WAND (Workforce Alliance Network Direct) software. WAND combines useful data on all components of a client's contingent workforce, including the use of temporaries, IT consultants, independent contractors, returning retirees and more. This consolidation of information provides our clients unique and highly useful trend data, consolidated billing, headcount and hours tracking, as well as customized reports on a variety of valuable data.
PrO's program ensures that suppliers provide superior services and honor contractual commitments. This includes supplier billing audits to monitor compliance with agreed upon discount pricing arrangements and contract reviews to help assure that required intellectual property and non-disclosure agreements are in place.
