ANDREW SCHULTZ 
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Andy has been a pioneer in the contingent workforce management industry, having led PRO Unlimited since its inception in 1991.  Under Andy’s leadership, PRO has consistently averaged double-digit annual growth for more than two decades.

Andy has been the featured speaker at more than 400 seminars on contingent workforce issues. In addition, he has authored numerous articles in leading publications and is frequently quoted in national print and broadcast media. Prior to the launch of PRO in 1991, Andy held various senior level positions at a leading staffing company, including running the company’s national account efforts and leading the firms IT staffing division.


Terrie Weinand

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & Chief Operating Officer

Terrie joined PRO in 1994 to head the company’s Western Region. Today, she oversees a broad range of functions within the company including Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Compliance, International Services and Client Program Delivery. Prior to joining PRO, Terrie held numerous positions within the staffing and HRO arenas. She has more than 22 years experience providing the Fortune 1000 with outsourced services and managed programs at the enterprise level, and is a highly sought after speaker and author on contingent workforce issues.


Allie Ben Shlomo

Allie has been with PRO since 1997. She oversees PRO’s global service delivery teams and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, contractual compliance and “best in class” solutions. She is well regarded as an industry pioneer that has developed unique and cutting edge programs for many of America’s largest companies. Allie brings to PRO more than 20 years of management experience providing enterprise wide service delivery to Fortune 1000 clients both in the U.S. and internationally.


 Ben Barstow

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC PLANNING

Ben joined PRO in 2001, and his responsibilities include strategic planning and analysis, pricing, and budgeting.  Ben has more than 20 years of corporate finance, operations, and international experience with companies ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups. Prior to joining PRO, Ben was Director of Finance at a billion dollar privately held company.


Ted Sergott

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Ted joined PRO in 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of technology development including engineering and infrastructure. Prior to joining PRO, Ted spent the last 10 years leading product development for SaaS/Cloud companies in the PPM, eDiscovery and HCM domains. Additionally, Ted spent 15 years building online products for Fortune 100 financial institutions.


Teresa Golio

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, Finance and corporate controller

Teresa joined PRO in 1991, and her role encompasses varied responsibilities including managing the Company’s Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Corporate Taxes, and Treasury management functions, as well as benefits, credit, risk management, budgeting, and accounts payable.  Prior to joining PRO, Teresa held a key financial role for a large national staffing company.


Andrew Popler

VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

For the past decade Andrew has been the main contributor of PRO’s Business Development team. Since 2002, he has served as Vice President of the department. In his role, Andrew has helped many Fortune 500 companies quantify the benefits of implementing enterprise programs for managing contingent labor. Prior to PRO he held a sales role with a Fortune 100 healthcare company. Andrew reports directly to PRO’s President, Andy Schultz.


Mike Harvey

VICE PRESIDENT, IMPLEMENTATIONS

Mike joined PRO in 1998, and is responsible for implementing new accounts, including change management and program design.  Throughout his career at PRO, Mike has held various client services related roles, including key account management and managing the Strategic Analysis and Metrics (SAM) team.  Prior to joining PRO, Mike worked in procurement for a major telecom company.


Jim Cahalan

DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL COMPLIANCE

Jim joined PRO in 2011, and with over 20 years of experience as a Labor Attorney, Jim has represented hundreds of clients on employment and tax law issues. Today Jim is responsible for PRO’s Contractor Compliance Service offerings. His team consists of Former IRS auditors and well trained Labor-Law experts. Jim works closely with some of the Fortune 500’s best known companies, helping them create process, practices and programs to mitigate labor and tax risk.
